IST Inmobiliaria: custom development integrated with Neodata

IST Inmobiliaria, a real estate developer, runs its management on the Neodata system. We built a custom platform connected to it that covers what the system did not: the procurement team's supplier registry and design project management, with a data viewer and KPIs fed by ETL processes.

The challenge

Supplier onboarding, documentation and payment tracking required manual processes outside Neodata.
Suppliers had no channel of their own to check scheduled payments and receipts.
Each project's documents —plans, finish schedules and specifications— circulated in different versions across departments.
System data was not being used to calculate operational indicators.

The solution

Custom development connected to Neodata through its API and database, organized into two modules and a viewer:

Supplier registry

Automated onboarding through an external form with mandatory document upload and internal approval before registration in Neodata.

Supplier portal

Login access to check scheduled payments, receipts and payment history, with automatic reminders to keep their information up to date.

Payment tracking

Pre-loading of payments and documents, filters by status, date and amount, automatic notifications and purchase-order backup for audits by cost center.

Design and projects

Project management with task assignment, due dates and Gantt charts, plus a central repository of final documents.

Version control and approvals

Review, observation log and manager approval; each department sees only the latest approved version.

Viewer, ETL and KPIs

Extract, transform and load processes that feed downloadable tables, the supplier directory and operational indicators.

Scope

Neodata remains the core system, extended with the processes operations needed.
A single flow for suppliers, payments and project documents, with traceability and cross-department approvals.
