Privacy Notice

Data controller

NEXUSAI TECHNOLOGIES S.A. DE C.V. ("NexusAI Technologies"), located at Cda. Barranca de Sila 5-1, San Sebastián, C.P. 56130, Estado de México, México, is responsible for the personal data you provide through this site, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form, you give us:

• Name
• Email address
• Company
• Phone number
• Description of your project

Along with your request we also store where your visit came from: the campaign parameters in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content), Google and Meta ad click IDs (gclid and fbclid), the site you came from (referrer) and the first page you visited. Your browser keeps this for up to 30 days, and it only reaches us if you submit the form.

We don't ask for sensitive personal data.

Primary purposes

We use your data for the following, which we need in order to help you:

• Replying to your request and contacting you about it by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Preparing a proposal or quote.
• Following up on any business relationship that results.

Secondary purposes

Unless you object, we also use data for the following, which isn't needed to help you but lets us improve:

• Knowing which channel brought you here (campaign, ad, search engine or social network) to measure what works.
• Measuring site usage with Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, actions such as opening the form or clicking the email or WhatsApp links, technical device data and approximate location. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies.

If you don't want your data used for these purposes, email info@nexusaitechnologies.com with the subject "Objection to secondary purposes". Objecting doesn't affect how we handle your request. You can also block Google Analytics in your browser's cookie settings or with Google's opt-out add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Service providers and transfers

We don't sell your data or transfer it to third parties. To run the site we rely on providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions: hosting and performance metrics (Vercel), database, email alerts for new requests (EmailJS) and analytics (Google). Some of them store information outside Mexico, for example in the United States.

We would only share your data without your consent where the law allows or requires it, such as a request from a competent authority.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while we handle your request and for as long as any resulting business relationship lasts, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal obligations. Then we delete it.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use (known in Mexico as ARCO rights), and you can withdraw your consent or limit how your data is used. To do so, email info@nexusaitechnologies.com with:

• Your name and how we should reply.
• A document proving your identity or, if applicable, your representative's.
• Which right you want to exercise and over which data.
• Anything that helps us find your information.

We'll reply within 20 business days and, if your request is granted, carry it out within the following 15 business days. If you believe your rights weren't respected, you can go to the Mexican data protection authority.

Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics uses cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart. Where your visit came from is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. Vercel's performance metrics don't use cookies.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we'll publish the new version on this page with its update date.
