Maya Express: custom logistics software

Maya Express specializes in logistics, transport and storage of refrigerated, frozen and dry goods, operating in Mexico City, Mérida and Cancún. We developed its logistics software: a platform that brings service orders, fleet operations, shipment tracking and billing into a single system.

The challenge

Operations across several branches, each with its own business rules, were coordinated with separate tools.
Service orders, waybills and bills of lading were prepared by hand.
There was no traceability of shipments from pickup to final delivery.

Management of routes, units, drivers and load assignment, with trip dispatch and tracking of trips in progress.

Operations hub

A manager for automatically generated tasks, such as pickups and home deliveries, updated in real time.

Billing and business directory

Billing by trip and by service order, and a client and supplier database with tax profiles.

Executive dashboard

Revenue issued, receivables to bill, tonnage moved, average ticket, revenue per trip and branch, taxes and profitability by client.
